50,000 a month on Growth, 80,000 on Growth Plus and unlimited on Pro. Starter does not include broadcasts.

Who pays Meta for broadcast messages?

Meta bills template messages directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. Upgrow Connect adds no markup.

Will broadcasts get my number blocked?

Only message people who agreed to hear from you. If many people block or report your messages, Meta lowers your quality rating and can limit the number.
