Chat flows (chatbot builder): questions

How many flows can I use?

Growth includes 10 flows switched on at once. Growth Plus and Pro have no limit. Starter does not include flows.

Do automatic replies cost extra with Meta?

Replies sent inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you are free-form messages, so Meta does not charge for them.

Can the bot and my team reply in the same chat?

Yes. When a person replies, the bot goes quiet in that chat for 24 hours so it never talks over your team. STOP and START always work.
