Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Meta bills message charges directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free. How Meta pricing works.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Choose a plan to continue. If you don’t, the account pauses. New WhatsApp chats are still saved, and everything resumes when you pay.
Is there auto-debit?
No. You pay for a month or a year at a time and renew yourself. We email you before your plan ends.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly price is shown when you switch to Yearly above.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, from Billing. The new plan starts immediately and unused value from your current plan is converted to extra days.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment. It is emailed to you and you can download it from Billing. Add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
What is a "delivery"?
One lead or message sent to one of your tools. A lead sent to two tools counts as 2.
